hi everyone, I'm new to Jamroom, migrating over from ning 3, I am having a hard time gasping everything, even after following the awesome documentation, I get lost when I get in the acp. I keep bugging tech support and they never complain no matter how many times they explain. if only there was tech support for comprehension lol, have a great day every one!

After searching the forum, I found only 3 topics on Nginx and all three were closed. I'm going to be switching to Nginx shortly and wanted to start this topic to see if there was any updated information available about running Jamroom on Nginx.

I am planning to use Jamroom to allow members to publish their music lessons and articles in certain categories beside their music, pics, blog etc.. I am not sure if Jamroom is the correct platform for this purpose. Any comment on this would be really appreciated. Thanks..

Jamroom and proxima

I know there's no documentation yet, but is it safe to run proxima on an existing jamroom build? there is no conflict with any existing modules right? I wanted to be sure because it the install only mentioned to in stall Proxima on the JR core. It didn't mention one way or another any other modules being installed.

I was wondering if there is a place to put all custom css in one place in the backend? I would imagine its natural home would be in the /core/skin_admin/style/skin=blahblah section but it's not there. Hi, it has been a while since I used jamroom. Now I was very much surprised where you guys came so far. Very nice. So I thought maybe I could switch to jamroom with a media project. This switch would need a SOAP integration so that I could fetch the media data from my seperated "digital asset management" system and bring it into jamroom.Media alike videos, photos, categorie lists etc ... This system on its side only supports SOAP and no Rest API. Has anyone allready used Jamroom together with...

I've finally got sharing working - at least to Twitter but there is a problem perhaps related to having the editor enabled. If content is embedded (looks great on the JR5 timeline) at Twitter it shows up as "raw code". Even the most basic of posts "plain text" ends up with the HTML showing .
